CASTDelete your account.
This removes your Cast Studio account and the projects attached to it. It is permanent: there is no undo, no grace period and no recovery once the request is confirmed.
Step 1 — what is removed
- Your account record, email address and password hash.
- Every project owned by the account: original uploads, transcripts, edit decisions and revisions.
- Rendered previews and any clean exports still stored on the server.
- Active sessions on every device.
Still kept after deletion
- Accounting and payment records that we are legally required to retain. These are kept separately from your media and are not usable to restore a project.
- Files you have already downloaded to your own devices. We cannot recall those.
Download anything you still want before you continue. A deleted export cannot be re-issued, and a paid order cannot be re-exported after its project is gone.
